Last September 18 Davao City participating the 2nd year of SANUK Sandcastles Competition and it was a successful event and also from Bonifacio High Street in Taguig City last April. This month Cagayan de Oro participate the 2nd year anniversary of SANUK Sandcastles Competition where in there are 8 participants who join and show their talents in making sandcastle sculpture.
Criteria of the SANUK contest:
Best architecture – 30%
Creativity – 25%
SANUK Logo Inclusion – 25%
Overall Impact – 20%
With a total SANUK points of 100%

Dark Green Team – Sand Nuke
Orange team – Adcashemanic
Red Team- Noah
Yellow Team – Champoppers
Lightblue Team – Tagaca
Dark Blue – Smileys
Beige Team – Fungee
Lightgreen – Debuho Fliganon
The groups have different brilliant ideas and designs in making their Sandcastles. After 5 hours given to them to make the Sandcastle here are the winners for the 2nd year anniversary of SANUK Cagayan de Oro.
Champion: Orange Team – Adcashemanic
1st runner up: Lightgreen – Debuho Fliganon
2nd runner up: Dark green – Sand Nuke
