I am Ding and this is my story How I became a Traveler Blogger
I’ve been in the blogging industry for more than 10 years if my memory is correct around 13-15 years already. The path that I choose as a blogger/influencer is not easy because of the competition we have in this industry. So how did I become a blogger which is more than a decade why do I still love blogging.?
Because Of Curiosity, I Became A Blogger
Yes, this is true. My curiosity in blogging is because I saw some of my colleagues creating a blog because of these sponsor ads or link buying which was very popular at that time. Because of this curiosity, I created my first blog and I named it Mixture of all kinds which is a general topic. After 3 months I earned from this blog and from earning I purchased my first domain and hosting which cost around 1,000 pesos a year. This was around 2007 when I created a different niche from the first domain I purchased. Some of the niches I made from this URL are Showbiz and celebrities, Games, Science, Electronics, Sports, Travel, and many more, all of these niches are sub-domains. I continued creating money from these niches for a couple of years until I focused on one (1) niche and this is travel.
Being A Traveler Blogger Build Me
Around the late quarter of 2007, I started traveling together ex-girlfriend and now my wife :-). We both love to travel and every month we have 2 travel destinations to visit. We have also the same mentality when it comes to travel, we loved to travel first around the Philippines. With this monthly travel, I decided to purchase the domain “Travel Ta Bai” which means travel with a buddy. Together, we visited around 60 provinces already out of 81 provinces in the Philippines. We also visited 5 countries as a couple of bloggers.

Why I Still Love Blogging?
I have into blogging for around 13-15 years already and surely you will ask me why I am still blogging.
- Well, blogging is already part of my life and a routine already.
- It is one of my outlets also to release my stress at work.
- It is an investment for me.
- You have memories to go back to when you could not travel anymore.
- I earned it from Blogging.
- I inspired my audience as a blogger and influencer
- I want to continually improve my writing.
- I am creating my own brand as an influencer.
- I want to discover more and express myself.
- And most of all, I want to document our life in travel.
What Do I Get in Blogging?
This is also a big question for me why until now I am still blogging, but I realized that because of blogging

- Developed my skills in Online Marketing.
- Share my knowledge and experience with those new to blogging.
- Someday, I can share our travel experiences with our children.
Traveler blogger/influencer is not easy especially if you have a daily job to complete as well. Being a blogger or becoming an influencer is a passion not because you saw that person become successful in blogging that’s why you would like to become a blogger as well.

We want also kids will experience what we experienced. We want them to see how beautiful the Philippines is and we should be proud of our tourist destinations and attractions in our country.
The Philippines has 84 provinces and out of these 82 provinces in the Philippines, we already visited 58 provinces. I hope that before we reach 50 years old we are done visiting these 82 provinces together with our traveler kids.
