Luna Graciano Gingoog City
Time flew so fast, it was the 7th birthday of our eldest (kuya Eli). During his birthday it is our hobby or tradition to travel and to celebrate his birthday in other places. On his 6th birthday last year, we celebrated it on Hidden Creek Ranch where there are lots of outdoor activities you can do there. Surrounded by green grass and trees with big mountains nearby.
Hidden Creek Ranch is a new campsite area for those who love outdoor activities or for those who would like to try awesome outdoor activities. This Hidden Creek Rank is located at Zone 1, Kiliog, Libona, Bukidnon. 35-45 minutes drive via Indahag-Libona road.
Just follow Camp Philips – Dahilayan Rd and Manolo Fortich – Libona – Indahag road going to Hidden Creek Ranch.
Dahilayan Adventure Part on 6th birthday
The 6th birthday celebration is more on adventure and adrenalin when we visited Dahilayan Adventure Park Kuya Eli and Ella showed how brave they were when they asked us to try and experience the Zipline of Dahilayan Adventure Park. They don’t show any fear as well when they try and experience the Luge of Dahilayan Adventure park.
Luna Graciano A Frame House on 7th birthday
For this year’s 7th birthday celebration of Eli, we decided to spend it at the cold place of the Claveria-Gingoog boundary and the place called Luna Graciano A-FRAME HOUSE. It is our second straight year to celebrate his birthday out of town with adventure. Luna Graciano A-FRAME HOUSE is a new resthouse located along Route 955 in Sitio, Civoleg, Brgy Haruhay, Lunotan, Gingoog City. The Cold Place opened last February 2021 and people get interested in the place because of its unique A-FRAME HOUSE design.
Why Luna Graciano A-FRAME HOUSE?
- Cold Place. Kuya Eli and Ella love cold places, they really both enjoy cold weather. Since Luna Graciano is located in the cold place of the Claveria-Gingoog boundary we know that Claveria is known for its cold weather. A place where you can drink lots of coffee and milk.
- They Have Pool. Even though the place was very cold, we managed to swim in their pool with the kids.
- Far from a busy city. It’s 2 hours travel from Cagayan de Oro and 2 hours travel from the city proper of Gingoog.
- Kids playground. Not only adults will enjoy Luna Graciano’s resthouse but also the kids. They don’t have a big playground for the kids but enough for them to enjoy the place.
- Walking distance of Tourist spots. Yes, Luna Graciano’s resthouse is a walking distance of the famous Cebu Pacific Flight 387 Shrine. Around 5-10 minutes walk going there. Also walking distance to Project Moi, around 5-10 minutes walk then you reach the new Project Moi.

Luna Graciano’s A-Frame House is very easy to locate. It is just near the Cebu Pacific Flight 387 Shrine. If you’re coming from Cagayan de Oro and following Route 955, the place is located some 250 meters from the said landmark immediately right after Lingonlingon Bridge on the right side. It’s 2 two-hour travel from Cagayan de Oro to the cold weather of Haruhay, Lunotan where Luna Graciano is located. If you visited Camp Aryahorst already, then around 2KM-3KM from Camp Aryahorst.
Luna Graciano Rate
The rate is P4,000 and P4,700 per night good for 6 though the house can still accommodate more persons. Bringing of tents is recommended in case more are coming.
The only difference between the P4,000 and P4,700 rates is the view at the back of the house. The P4,000 rate has no space for the playground to do some extra activities at the back of the A-Frame House while the P4,700 rate has a big place at the back of the house where you can do many activities while enjoying the nice view and cold weather of Luna Graciano A-Frame House. But both A-Frame houses have utensils to use like

Fogs are common in the area and that’s why nights are super extra cold that you’ll also need a thick jacket or something to hug during the night. There’s also a treehouse nearby where you can play the guitar, sing and just chill. You will appreciate the place at night of the foggy cold weather plus a silent night.
If you love nature and cold weather, this place is perfect for your stay. Also, a nice place for you to refresh or cool down. Get away from busy places in the City, to your computer, and a short time to forget the internet world.
I can recommend this place with complete utensils inside the A-Frame House up to the cold silent weather at night.
