i hope ayala is soon as possioble u.c.and also ayala plan to another sites like seafront like mall of asia but i know only in along the recto im not agree i dont like is not big enough for me ok
why davao is the 1st ayala mall in mindanao, cagayan de oro is the center of business in mindanao or mindanao gateway bizhub because, it is front of cebu and manila, davao is south remember,
about condominium im not agree because is not high rise condo like makati and ortigas or manila right,cdo still cheap city
until now i like makati and ortigas because its a original cbd in the phils
ayala is affraid to compete for one and only limketkai in cdo becausev the plan relocation is not totally big area like cebu and davao or makati
ayala put amall much better in bulua at ayala properties by the seafront

the new condos in cdo is not enough for me very small not like cebu or makati
