I’m supporting the Cagayan de Oro Bloggers (CDO Bloggers) to their outreach program instead of having a plan to my next travel destination this coming December. The outreach program will help the newly opened primary school in Besigan which is the Cadayunan Primary School. Besigan is 52 kilometres away from the city proper of Cagayan de Oro. Most people in this community are farmers; one of the regular transportation in this community is a dump truck of the city government who help their people to transport the farm products. Last March 2011 before this Cadayunan Primary School was approved the students had to walk around 12 kilometres everyday (YES everyday) to and from the nearest school which is resulting to most of them skipping school and eventually stop.

This school is a blessing to the residence of Bisagan for the children to the education opportunity and to continue their dreams. Currently the school has 60 primary students with only 2 teacher’s in-charge. We are doing this because we saw that this school and the students is dire need learning materials for students as well as teaching materials for the teacher to effectively guide and teach these eager kids. We don’t know that one of these students become our next President in the Philippines..:-) Members of CDO Bloggers are already committed to help through cash or kind donations.

If you remember way back January 2009 where Cagayan de Oro experiencing heavy flash floods which there are 47,000 individual and 10,000 family  have been affected of this flash floods. We made also a campaign to help our fellow Kagay-anons and ask for donations for only $3. They say’s that “share your blessings and it will return 10 times”. By the way our outreach on Cadayunan Primary School will be on December 2, 2011 that is Friday, if you will come much better..:-)

After the meeting everybody was okay, the things that we will bring was okay, the foods that we will be bringing are also okay, the transportation, in short all of us in our department was so excited for the team building and also for the new venue.

But 2 days after our meeting the company decided that all department will come together in one venue and the team building was consider as a general meeting for everybody…WTF….!!!!!!! After we heard the announcement all members in our department was so disappointed for making a direct decision with out informing us. All our excitement, energy, spirit, the aggressiveness of that team building was gone… But we can’t do anything because they the one who manage the company and the one who made a decision for what is good for the company and for the employee. Did you know guys where is the venue of our company team building…? At MAPAWA which is located also at Cagayan de Oro which some of us are already there for how many times, especially me, I’ve been there for several times already since when I was a student.. But as what I said we can’t do anything about it but to follow on what they want…WTF…!!!!

I accept in my self that I was so embarrassed on what happened in our team building. But in spite of that embarrassment happened on me I will say thank you also to them. You wonder why I say thank you to them…? It is because I saw my favorite team in the PBA which is the ALASKA TEAM..wwwwwwoooooooooowwwwwwwwwww… My idol are there, the Alaska Team visit and travel in Cagayan de Oro for there team building also and for some exhibition game that will held at Xavier University… we took pictures with team to the coach. This is my first time ever that I saw my PBA idol in personal…Meller is there, Lastimosa, Junio, Cariaso, Hawkins, and other staff of the team…Sad to say that the player who has the same family name with me which the triple “AAA” Aaron ABAN is not there. … I think the Team Alaska has a great time also during there Zip line at MAPAWA…That team building is so great and memorable tome because I have time to see them by near..aheheh…This are the photos of our team building and for the Alaska Team.

I did not attend the last Mindanao Bloggers Summit that was held at Zamboanga City because of some important matters. All of us are so tired going back to our hotel after the 1st day of our activity during the Soccsksargen Summer Safari. We need to re-charge for the 2nd day of our activity which is more adventure, excitement, physical and mental challenges. Day 2 has come and all of us I think are so excited for our travel destination in this day. Our first stop in this day is the Dolores Farm Resort which is our breakfast sponsor for this day and it was located at Polomok South Cotabato. This resort is not just an ordinary resort compare to other, why? Because inside this resort they a mini Zoo which you will enjoy the animals that they have, aside on this the resort have facilities also Hotel Arancillo, Kradumthong Function Hall, Kanyao Swimming Pool with deferent levels, Chanee Restaurant and Monthong Game Fishing. After breakfast we explore and take pictures in this resort which the resort has a wonderful place.

Around 9 – 10 am we went to Lake Sebu 7 Falls to try their Zip line which is you can see below are the falls and the virgin forest which I will not be tired to repeat this zip line although even its to far from the main camp. We are the type of people who are willing to try and explore the adventure that we encounter because you could not buy the experience and the happiness to experience this adventure. I previously try many times in Zip line and every time I Zip I enjoy it. Aside on the 7 falls amazing big mountains surrounds this lake and it has a beautiful and virgin forest. One the most unforgettable experience that I have in Zip line is when I try the Asia’s Longest Dual Cable Zip line which is located at somewhere in Bukidnon.

I love the location area of Punta Isla because they are over looking and in front of this Isla are the beautiful and clean Lake. The business of this resort was started last 1998 and it was develop and know in the public around 2008. Punta Isla Lake Resort is 12 years in business and I believe that if they continue their good service in their costumer they will know around the world and soon they will become one of the tourist spots in Mindanao.

Okay let me start this, pass 12 noon were CDO Bloggers arrived at Davao and have a lunch with Davao Bloggers at Ranchero. We meet some of them during the Mindanao bloggers Summit 3 and some of them were first time to meet (nice to meet you guys). If you are planning to visit Davao and if you would like to eat a delicious and yummy food I will recommend eating at Ranchero. It is my first time to taste a yummy and delicious baby back ribs where in you feel that the person who cooked this food is happy (assusss kay libre man(Free)).:-)

After our lunch we were on our way to the city of Generals (General Santos City), it takes 3 hours travel going there. We are 15 bloggers who went to Gen San and others will go after. We arrived around 6 in the evening and picked up by Orman from the highway terminal and checked in us at Iced Castle Experience where is we took our few minutes rest, wash up and will prepare for the dinner. But before our dinner we meet the owner of Iced Castle Experience (I.C.E) who has a generous heart to sponsor us and to make this event happen Rey Billena. Iced Castle Experience is not yet open to the public because there are parts of the hotel that are under construction, the hotel has a castle design and it is unique compare to the other hotel that we stayed before. We introduce our selves including the blogs that we have and the Screen Name that we are using in the net (specially the screen name in PLURK)J. After the grand eyeball of blogger some of us went to Night Cap at Coffee Club 101 and some went back to hotel. This is our first day at Gen San during the Mindanao Food Appreciation Tour (MFAT)/Soccsksargen Summer Safari.
